Kalbe Farma to offload 1.50 mio shares

One of Indonesia's largest pharmaceutical manufacturer PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) aims to offload 1.50 million shares obtained from buyback program.
The company has mandated PT Danareksa Sekuritas to help arranging the sale of treasury shares into the market. According to the announcement submitted to Indonesia Stock Exchange today, the shares sale is scheduled on June 18 2010.
As March 2010, KLBF booked only a 10.61% increase in revenue. The company posted Rp2.19 trillion in Q1 2010 from a year before of Rp1.98 trillion.
Operating profit elevated 25.46% from Rp308.23 billion in Q1 2009 to Rp386.69 billion in Q1 2010. But, operating margin slightly rose from 15.59% to 17.67% in Q1 2010. Kalbe Farma's net profit was up 20.39% from Rp212.88 billion in Q1 2009 to Rp256.30 billion in Q1 2010.
