PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, subsidiary of Indonesia's largest instant noodle player PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), and PT Bumi Mineral Resources (BRM), non coal unit of Asia's largest thermal coal exporter PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), have submitted documents of proposed initial public offering to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
According to IDX's Director of Listing Eddy Sugito said Indofood CBP submitted IPO documents two weeks ago.
In tandem with both companies, PT Berau Coal Energy has already submitted IPO documents, while PT Harum Energy, owned by Indonesian tycoon Kiki Barki, has determined the IPO.
