PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN) and its subsidiary PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk plan to sell Rp5 trillion of bonds in the last quarter this year. The issuance proceed will be used by both companies to underpin credit expansion.
"In a bid to underpin business growth of Bank Danamon and Adira, we keep applying funding management strategy combined with liquidity diversification. One of the options is bonds issuance," said Bank Danamon Finance Director Vera Eve Lim today.
Bank Danamon aims to sell Rp2 trillion-Rp3 trillion of bond with 2 years-4 years maturity. According to her, the bank has mandated three lead underwriters PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo Tbk, and PT Standard Chartered Securities.
Adira plans to issue Rp1 trillion-Rp2 trillion of bonds arranged by three underwriters PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Securities, and PT HSBC Securities.
