Dian Swastatika seals US$100 mio loan

Coal mining company PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), wholly owned subsidiary of Sinarmas Group, has secured US$100 million of loan from one of Indonesia's largest lender PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI).
In a press release today, as reported by detikfinance, Dian Swastatika will use the loan to bankroll coal business development.
"Dian Swastatika has entered into loan facility agreement of US$100 million with Bank Mandiri," said DSSA's Corporate Secretary.
Dian Swastatika is active in energy and infrastructure business and investment in some coal mine via its subsidiary PT Bumi Kencana Eka Sakti. 
Bumi Kencana has coal mine field in Sumatra and Kalimantan. The company, via its unit PT Kuansing Inti Makmur, acquired stakes of PT Karya Cemerlang Persada and operates coal mining field in Sumatra.
