Publicly listed property company, PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL), in first half of 2010 succesfully booked operating income and net income after having lost at the end of June last year due to soaring net income.
In the financial report submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Sentul City posted operating profit of Rp38.01 billion in first half of 2010 after a loss of Rp19.42 billion in the same period last year.
Sentul City also recorded a net profit of Rp10.01 billion or Rp0, 57 per share at the end of June 2010 compared to a net loss in the same period last year of Rp26.36 billion or Rp2.72 per share.
The company successfully ramped its net income of 368.17% from Rp35.97 billion at the end of first half last year to Rp168, 40 billion at the end of first half this year.
Sentul's controlling shareholders are PT Citra Kharisma Komunika of 41.79%, Athens Offshore Holding Ltd of 24.87%, and public holders of 33.33%.
Sentul City slumped by 2.54% per share and its market capitalization reached Rp2.88 trillion. BKSL price to earnings ratio is currently traded at 31.36 times.
