Multifiling, Martina Berto to go IPO

PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia, PT Megapolitan Development, and PT Martina Berto plan to list its stocks in the market.
President Director of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Ito Warsito, said that both companies have proposed related documents to earn the preliminary listing contract from the Indonesia’s market authority.
“They have just sent those documents and there is another company which I forget the name. We can not disclose any details over the listing plan yet since the we have just received the documents,” he said to the press in the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) building this afternoon.
IDX Director Eddy Sugito added that Multifiling appointed PT Ciptadana Securities as the underwriter of such stocks issuance while Megapolitan mandated PT Henan Putihrai Securities.
Megapolitan, as he added, once changed its underwriter before attempting to conduct the IPO in the end of last year. Based on Bisnis data, Megapolitan once held an IPO and listed themselves in Bapepam-LK with PT Bahana Securities acting as their underwriter.
Then, one of the subsidiaries of Martha Tilaar Group, PT Martina Berto also plans to list its stocks in the market.
“Martina Berto appointed PT Trimegah Securities Tbk. We can not disclose any details yet since we have just evaluated the third document,” he said.
After the preliminary listing contract obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange, the company may then process the notification document of IPO listing to Bapepam-LK to obtain the pre-effective statement. Such statement enables the company to start offering its stocks to the future investors
