Adhi Karya secures Rp2.3 trillion project

Indonesia’s construction company, PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) has secured the tender over a Rp2.3 trillion stem power generator project in East Borneo-Balikpapan gulf with 2X 100 MW capacity.
In the press release received by Bisnis this afternoon, the Corporate Secretary of Adhi Karya, Kurnadi Gularso, said the tender announcement was released on 4 November 2010, while the letter of intent was held on 10 November 2010.
In such project, Adhi Karya apparently partners with China-based, Sinohydro Corporate Limited, yet, Adhi still serves as the project leader.
Adhi is state-owned construction enterprise happens to manage numerous stem power generator projects including the Rp2 trillion stem power generator project in Tarahan Lampung.
In the future, Adhi preferably focus to develop the engineering, procurement and construction units (EPS) due to its promising prospect.
