PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) has provided US$150 million loan facility to PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN).
As reported by a local media today, Plaza Indonesia will use the facility to expand shopping center, apartment, and office building. CIMB Niaga's President Director Arwin Rasyid said the credit facility is aimed to increase portfolio credit.
Plaza Indonesia President Director Rosano Barack said this is the first time for the company to sign loan facility agreement with CIMB Niaga. "Previously we obtained loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation," he said.
