Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo confirmed that A. Fuad Rahmany remains Head of Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK). The Minister prefers to replace temporary Head of Fiscal Policy Agency at Ministry of Finance Agus Suprijanto.
Agus said he will soon announce the appointment of the new head of Fiscal Policy Agency as it is now available for the right person to replace Agus Suprijanto.
"Soon, we will announce the appointment of the new head of Fiscal Policy Agency. There is a candidate, but we can name it right now. For Pak Fuad Rahmany, there is no plan to replace him," he said.

On separate occassion, Tjiptarjp said he is ready to be replaced from his position anytime. Despite his prepration, the change of position is natural. "I am ready to be replaced," he said.
A source at the Ministry said Agus Martowardojo has decided to mandate Bambang Sumantri as Head of Fiscal Policy Agency. "For the positions of Pak Fuad and Pak Tjiptarjo, the Minister seems so prudent," the source said.
