Wijaya Karya sets Rp25.68t contracts

The state-owned EPC contractor PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) is targeting a total additional projects of Rp25.68 trillion in 2011, a 23.34% higher than last year.
In a press statement late last year, the additional projects are including carry offer from last year and new contracts secured for this year of Rp12.3 trillion.
WIKA, the EPC contractor and investment company, has set a target of Rp9.44 trillion sales in 2011, a 7.64% growth from last year target of Rp8.77 trillion.
Gross profit in 2011 is targeted to rise 17.43% to Rp924.13 billion from Rp786.94 billion. Operating profit is expected to hike 27.46% to Rp546.65 billion from 2010's target of Rp428.80 billion.
Net profit is expected to increase 38.37% to Rp350.90 billion from last year target of Rp253.59 billion.
WIKA is aiming to spend Rp522 billion capital expenditure (capex) in 2011 for business development of Rp308 billion, capital participation of Rp202 billion, fixed assets investment of Rp12 billion. The capex is 26.52% higher than last year's capex target of Rp412.6 billion.
