Agung Podomoro pays Rp755 bio debt

Property developer PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) has paid Rp755.26 billion bank loan facility in January. The company used proceed of initial public offering (IPO). The company spent 35% of the proceed or Rp762.26 billion to settle its debt.
Prisca Andriessen, Corporate Secretary of Agung Podomoro, as quoted by Kontan daily, said the company has settled Rp495 billion debt at end of January to Bank Negara Indonesia and syndicated lenders consisting of BNI, Bank International Indonesia, and Bank CIMB Niaga.
APLN has owed Rp350 billion to BNI wiith annual interest rate of 12.5% secured in January last year. The loan will mature in mid 2012.
