Indofood CBP FY10 profit surges 701%

PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), Indonesia’s instant noodle producer packed 701.04% net income jump in the end of last year compared to the previous year.
During its financial statement being published today, such net income jump was primarily backed by the net sale. In 2009, Indofood CBP only calculated its financial statement during the period of 2 September until 31 December.
Indofood CBP booked Rp1.70 trillion net income last year, compared to Rp212.73 billion in 2009.
ICBP’s business covers the production of several consumption products such as instant noodle, seasoning, snack, nutrition, special foods, and biscuits. ICBP happens to be the subsidiary of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF).
Some of ICBP’s instant noodle brands are Indomie, Supermie and Sarimi while the dairy products consist of Indomilk and Cap Enaak. ICBP’s seasoning include Sambal Indofood and Sirup Indofood.
Indofood CBP’s operating income also soared by 563.93% from Rp398.37 billion to Rp2.64 trillion while its gross income surged by 406.39% from Rp980.85 billion to Rp4.96 trillion.
