Two companies dubbed PT Indo Straits and PT Minna Padi Investama are underway to obtain an pre-effective approval of initial public offering (IPO).
Both companies have submitted the IPO documents to IDX, said Indonesia Stock Exchange Director Eddy Sugito as reported by Kontan daily today.
Indo Straits is a company supporting in offshore business and Minna Padi is an investment company. The companies plans to list their stocks in the second half of 2011. Indo Straits has appointed PT Sinarmas Sekuritas as the underwriter.
Indonesia Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) has issued pre-effective statements IPO for PT Bahtera Internasional, PT Visi Asia Media, and underway to process PT Sidomulyo Selaras.
PT HD Finance Tbk (HDFA) which initiated its debut in the stock market yesterday surged 15% to Rp230 per share from Rp200.
