Asiariver to close DGIK deal this week

Asiariver Advisors Pte Ltd is reportedly to realize stake purchase of building contractor PT Duta Graha Indah Tbk (DGIK) this week. 
Asiariver, a Singapore-based private equity, is scouting to acquire 20% shareholding in Duta Graha, Investor Daily reported today.
"The deal might be done this week and Asiariver would cross the shares in the negotiation market," said Investor Daily's sources. The acquision might be done within the range of Rp120-Rp150 a share.
Corporate Secretary Johan Halim confirmed that the company has met Asiariver. "The deal is still on as they want to buy Duta Graha."
PT Lokasindo Aditama and PT Rezeki Segitiga Mas, both are controlling shareholders in Duta Graha of 22.35% and 9.02%, plans to dispose Duta Graha.
