Directors at PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (INCO) have resigned from their position. The latest news said that President Director Tony Wenas is planning to resign as well.
A source as quoted by Kontan daily today said Clayton Allen Wenas (Tony Wenas) announced his resignation in front of employees at Inco office in Soroako, Sulawesi on Thursday. He talked about his resignation in front of employees in Jakarta on Friday.
"Tony Wenas aims to resign as an impact of dispute inside Inco management." However, Tony declined to comment about his resignation. The BoD change depends on shareholders meeting.
Chief Operating Officer Ciho D. Bangun at Inco resigned early this year. Inco Corporate Secretary Indra Ginting also decided to exit from the company as well. Mining Director Harry Asmar and Director of Media and Communication Jannus T.H. Siahaan resigned as well.
