The state-controlled toll road operator PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) is scouting a 9.84% increase in revenue this year. In an official presentation material submitted to Indonesia Stock Exchange last week, Jasa Marga estimates to book Rp4.8 trillion revenue this year from Rp4.37 trillion last year.
That is in line with a 9.37% growth of traffic volume this year to 1.05 billion from 0.96 billion last year. In the first half of 2011, the operator posted Rp2.36 trillion revenue, a 12.2% increase from Rp2.10 trillion in 1H 2010. Operating profit increased 12% to Rp1.23 trillion from Rp1.09 trillion.
Net profit rose 16% to Rp751.6 billion from Rp647.6 billion. Jasa Marga has nine toll road concessions of 214.85 km with diversified ownership.
