PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk (ADMF), controlled by PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN), aims to issue a Rp3.5 trillion bonds via shelve registration mechanism in the first and second half of this year.
Adira President Director Stanley Setiaatmadja said the proceed will be used by the company to underpin its expansion.
Adira also considers other options financing such as MTN, bank loan facilities, and joint financing. "Various options of financing have been explored such as a Rp3.5 trillion bonds and Rp3 trillion bank loan. We are now in talks with several banks such as BCA, Citibank, and others," he said as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia today.
According to Stanley, Adira last year grabbed Rp4 trillion financing from bond issuance and bank loan facilities. Adira last year issued Rp2.5 trillion bonds.
