Property developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) is seeking a Rp500 billion loan facility to finance a Rp1 trillion capital expenditure.
President Director Johannes Suriadjaja, as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia today, said the company is exploring various financing options such as bank loan and bond issuance. "The options are still discussed, regarding to our low debt to equity ratio," he said.
Surya Semesta is currently pocketing standby loan facilities from Bank Mandiri and Bank Central Asia. The company stocks, which are now steeply rising, made a 213.04% capital gain last year to Rp720 a share.
